This Shipping Policy is intended to clearly explain our order fulfillment and delivery rules, including shipping coverage, shipping fees, delivery times, customs information, and after-sales support, so that you can shop with confidence. 1. Shipping Coverage
Domestic Shipping
We currently support shipping within the regions displayed at checkout. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or restricted remote areas. If your address falls within these categories, we will contact you to arrange an address adjustment or issue a full refund.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries and regions shown at checkout. Availability depends on destination country regulations, customs policies, and shipping carrier restrictions. Certain items (such as products containing batteries or liquids) may not be eligible for delivery to some countries. Please check product pages carefully before placing your order.
Non-Service Areas
We currently do not ship to certain restricted or sanctioned regions. If an order is placed to an unsupported area, we will notify you within 1–2 business days and issue a full refund.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you.
International Shipping Time
- Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days (additional charges apply)
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier operations.
Important Notice
The above delivery estimates do not include order processing time, customs clearance delays, or holiday interruptions. Delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or customs policy changes are beyond our control, and compensation will not be provided in such cases.
3. Shipping Fees
International Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Free Shipping
Orders meeting the required amount shown at checkout may qualify for free standard shipping (excluding certain remote regions).
Oversized / Heavy Packages
For oversized or overweight items, additional shipping fees may apply. If applicable, we will inform you before shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.
Tracking Availability
- Tracking information usually becomes available within 3–5 business days after shipment.
- International orders may first show export status, then update again after customs clearance and local delivery handover.
If tracking has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.
5. Order Changes & Cancellation
Order Modification
Before shipment, you may contact customer service to update your shipping address or contact details. Product type and quantity cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before packing begins for a full refund. Once packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs Clearance
Customs clearance time varies by country. If delays occur because the recipient fails to provide required information or cooperate with customs, resulting costs will be borne by the recipient.
Restricted Goods
Please ensure the purchased items comply with your country’s import regulations. We are not responsible for customs seizure, confiscation, or refusal caused by local restrictions.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages
If tracking shows the parcel shipped but it has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery time, and no tracking updates are available, please contact us. After confirmation with the carrier, we will offer either:
- Full refund
or - Free reshipment
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If damage is found:
- Take clear photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours
We will review and provide replacement or refund support where applicable.
Delivery Delays
Delays caused by customs, logistics providers, weather, or force majeure events are beyond our control. We will assist with tracking, but compensation for delay-related losses is not available.
